Psychotherapy

Imagining a therapy space often begins with a warm lit room, a comfortable couch and a strange looking fellow calling themselves a therapist. Or it can be so many other images of certain objects in the room, a Freudian couch, maybe a window. But it almost remains at the point where it has to be uncertain, and being able to walk in, to that new room, to explore the inner world with known spaces and some unfamiliar corners.
So I welcome you as you navigate through these words, while thinking about moving towards the journey of exploring and re-experiencing the self.
